Tineco Vacuum Parts Only for Customer Service

I am very disappointed with my experience with Tineco. My vacuum broke for no reason, and when I reached out to support, I was told I needed to purchase a replacement part for $99. I went ahead and ordered it, but when it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong part. When I contacted them again, I was then told I would need to send in my entire vacuum for repair for an additional $109. I declined, as I have seen many negative reviews about their repair process.

I asked to return the incorrect part for a refund. It took quite a while just to get a return label from them, but I sent the part back immediately once I received it. I confirmed they had the part back well over a week ago, yet I still don’t have my refund. When I followed up, they told me it would take 3 business days to process, but even after that timeframe, I still haven’t received my refund.

This entire process has been frustrating, slow, and unprofessional. Between being sold the wrong part, being asked to pay even more for repairs, and now waiting endlessly for a refund, I cannot recommend this company. Poor product quality and poor customer service all around.

I would like to say the tenacity of some of Tineco's customer service representatives is unmatched. I had the pleasure of working with Heby and he made sure that I got everything I needed after a bad experience with another agent. Heby was so patient and understanding, making sure to address my every need before our interaction ended.

A little unusual process to purchase a broken part-but they were patient and helpful.

When the button on the wand of my Tineco Stick vacuum cleaner broke, I called customer support at Tineco. The call was promptly answered (by a human) and the representative identified the issue and sent me a link for a replacement part.

After receiving the part, I asked for help with its installation and the agent sent a helpful installation video. I then was able to install the button in seconds.

I am an impressed with the helpful information, prompt replies, and friendliness of everyone at Tineco with whom I communicated.

In short, I would purchase Tineco products again and I highly recommend Tineco to others.

I love my Tineco’s! I have purchased several (even for friends). I am however frustrated that you make a product but you cannot purchase the necessary filters and rollers without going through a big hassle. If you make a product you should have these readily available for purchase. However I think everyone should have a Tineco! Excellent customer service! I will be a customer for life!!!

After receiving a replacement for the dust bin on my Pure ONE S11 from another company and finding that it was the wrong part, I contacted Tineco Parts and explained to them what I needed. Within a week I received the correct part and my vacuum works like new again.
