To return an item purchased from a seller, go to My Orders and select Return Items. Follow the instructions and make sure to provide the seller with all necessary information. You will be notified by email once the seller responds.
If your request is approved, you will receive an email from our customer service with the return address and return instructions.
Shipping and handling fees for returning an unwanted, damaged, defective, or incorrectly described item to a local return address are the responsibility of the seller. If a local return address cannot be provided, the seller may supply a prepaid return label or reimburse the shipping cost using the original payment method.
To ensure the safe return of goods, carefully pack your items and choose a trackable shipping method that requires the recipient’s signature upon delivery. For high-value items, we recommend insured shipping and using a delivery service that requires the recipient’s signature upon receipt.
