What is the suction power of the floor washer when sucking up water and debris?

Suction power for the floor washer ranges from 10 AW to 18AW (Air Watts) depending on how dirty the floor is.

How do you start self-cleaning mode?

To start the Steam's self-cleaning mode, please follow the following steps: Place the floor washer on the storage tray. Empty the Dirty Water Tank. The Clean Water Tank should be at least 40% full of water. Plug in the appliance and press self-cleaning button at the top of the handle to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The floor washer will automatically shut off once finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 100 seconds.

How noisy is the floor washer?

The floor washer produces up to 80dBA of sound.

What kind of floors it can be used on?

The Steam can be used on non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors.

What is the status of the red LED ring flashing?

A red flashing light is an error indicator that can be caused by a motor malfunction or overheating. 1.Make sure to turn off and unplug your devide. 2. Check that nothing is covering or blocking the air intake at the back of the dryer 3. Twist the air intake cover counter clockwise to remove the cover and make sure any debris or hair is cleared 4. Allow the dryer to cool down, plug it back in and restart the dryer 5. If the product is still not working, please contact Tineco support for further assistance

How Do I Connect to the App?

1.Download the Tineco APP 2.Connect the hair dryer to the power supply 3. Turn on the dryer 4. Press the ""Cool"" button and the ""Max / Auto""button at the same time. How do I know when the Clean Water Tank (CWT) needs to be refilled?

You may find the CWT empty indicator light blinking and a voice prompt reminding you to refill it.

A Nice Upgrade

Came from the S5 Pro to the S6 Stretch. The usability improvements are much appreciated, however, the clean water tank is a bit more tricky to service than its predecessor. The base station is another big area of improvement with “splash-guards” that prevent the self-cleaning cycle from spilling water onto the floor. I used to remove the brush roller and blow dry it so it didn’t produce odors, the new heating system makes that added task unnecessary, nice job there folks.

Wet N Wild

Awesome little wet vac! Cleans up food mess from the kids. Very impressive how clean it can get the floors with such little water consumption. It’s fun to use, kinda addictive to a clean freak like me. I love dumping out the dirty water from the tank and knowing that used to be on my floors. The self clean cycle works great and keeps odors and grime at bay on the roller. HIGHLY recommend this vac.

This new one I bought for my summer home
One problem I have is when I put back the dirty water tank it doesn’t click back properly I don’t know if it’s damaged or everyone has the same issue
It clicks in but I have to click it a few times

Makes mopping a breeze

Have had this for several weeks and wow. We are retired and this wet mop is everything they say it is. Easy to use; cleans both my tile and laminate wood floors very nicely - my floors are streak free; the self propelled forward a nice feature; and it is a breeze to empty the DWT and then you just press a button and it cleans itself! It cleans my first floor (2000 sq ft) on one battery charge. Our black lab sheds and tracks our floors - this mop is up for the job. Love it.

I was doubtful before purchasing but after reviewing so many reviews I took the chance and bought the s6 stretch. So far everything works as said and does a good job cleaning ing our tile floors!
