What is the suction power of the floor washer when sucking up water and debris?

Suction power for the floor washer ranges from 10 AW to 18AW (Air Watts) depending on how dirty the floor is.

How do you start self-cleaning mode?

To start the Steam's self-cleaning mode, please follow the following steps: Place the floor washer on the storage tray. Empty the Dirty Water Tank. The Clean Water Tank should be at least 40% full of water. Plug in the appliance and press self-cleaning button at the top of the handle to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The floor washer will automatically shut off once finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 100 seconds.

How noisy is the floor washer?

The floor washer produces up to 80dBA of sound.

What kind of floors it can be used on?

The Steam can be used on non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors.

What is the status of the red LED ring flashing?

A red flashing light is an error indicator that can be caused by a motor malfunction or overheating. 1.Make sure to turn off and unplug your devide. 2. Check that nothing is covering or blocking the air intake at the back of the dryer 3. Twist the air intake cover counter clockwise to remove the cover and make sure any debris or hair is cleared 4. Allow the dryer to cool down, plug it back in and restart the dryer 5. If the product is still not working, please contact Tineco support for further assistance

How Do I Connect to the App?

1.Download the Tineco APP 2.Connect the hair dryer to the power supply 3. Turn on the dryer 4. Press the ""Cool"" button and the ""Max / Auto""button at the same time. The blue LED light ring should begin to flash, indicating that the hair dryer is trying to connect to your phone. 5. How do I know when the Clean Water Tank (CWT) needs to be refilled?

You may find the CWT empty indicator light blinking and a voice prompt reminding you to refill it.

Love the system. Have arthritis pretty bad over entire body. Have an animal that is kept in the kitchen area only. I was really having a problem with my arms when I had to mop the kitchen floor. Arms sore for days. This machine has really cut down on my need to bear down on the mop to cut dirty spots.

This has been one of the best wet/dry vacuum's we have owned. My wife went from not using the old Tineco S3 Breeze at all to actually using this almost on a daily basis. Even though we don't have a ton of furniture that this can get under since the bottom of the furniture doesn't come up high enough, we still use this almost on a daily for our needs. It does great even with just basic water and no solution as well.

I love this thing! It is so quiet and easy to use - it's a back saver. The clean and dirty water tanks are small, but I don't care. I can do pretty much my whole house on one battery charge. The self cleaning feature is great too. I clean my floors several times a week now instead of just vacuuming.
