Fast delivery
Make sure to get the one that fits your Machine. The rollers are clean well just make sure to clean them after every use and replace them every few months
I ordered a roller the end of May. Because mine didn’t need to be replaced yet but soon it would need to be. I searched every description they had on their website making sure it was the correct roller.
When it showed up I didn’t think twice to double check it was the correct one. It looked the same, I made sure to read the reviews and description, I ordered my model. It’s the beginning of July I go to put it on and it doesn’t fit. I go back to my order yes the description says S5. I contact customer service and because it’s past the 30 day return policy they won’t refund me. I tell them it’s unused they are the ones that sent me the wrong one, so please refund me and I’ll send it back. So I’m stuck with a roller that’s too big for my model. The customer service rep could’ve been a lot better but to be honest I was probably talking to a robot. 🤣
I have an S5, but this brush doesnt work with it. And i dont see an option to return as well. I should have gone with cheaper amazon ones. This is the gift i got for going for a genuine part

I love my Tineco but this is the second roller I bought that after a week Tineco ask me to replace it. I can’t spend $25 every week
