When you create a new post, click the photo and the tag section will appear. Input tinecoglobal and you can sucessfully tag us to make sure we receive your post.

1. The post must contain at least one Tineco product of your own.

2. Please mention us and use hashtag #MyTineco. Tag us on post for Instagram especially. Or we may miss your post due to the search mechanism of platforms.

3. Please note that only original posts are considered valid. Additionally, only posting different content(different pictures or videos) will count as multiple participations and earn additional rewards.

4. Please note that the rewards may be dismissed if the post contents is unqualified or we can't find your post on the social media platform.

5. Please contact us if you have posted your Tineco following the rules but haven't received your rewards after 15 days. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

We kindly require you to submit a form so that we can locate and verify your post. Please fill out the form with information that will help us find you, including your email address, the social media platform you use to post your Tineco products, and the searchable username you use on that platform. Please make sure your account is not set to private, while allowing pubilc visibility will enable us to view and verify your post more efficiently.

There is no limit to the number of posts. We will reward each original and non-repetitive post. Additionally, this will be an ongoing project and we will constantly update the prizes. Stay tuned for more updates！

After you have won a prize through the spinning wheel, the coupon will appear on your screen. You can copy the coupon and apply it at checkout box after it is verified.

Please note:
1. The coupons can only be used by the email address you submit when spin the wheel, and cannot be transferred to others.

2. The coupons you receive will be valid after we have verified your post, which may take 15 working days.

3. The coupons can only be used once and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. If the post content is unqualified or we can't find your post, the GIVEAWAY prizes you win may be dismissed.

Currently, Tineco Rewards is only available for legal residents of the United Stated.

1. Any post that is unoriginal will be disqualified as determined in Tineco's sole discretion. Any post deemed inappropriate or containing unsuitable text, in Tineco’s sole discretion will be disqualified. Any post thereof that is, in Tineco’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, includes references to sex, nudity, acts of violence or acts that may cause harm, contains any proper names, third party materials (other than Tineco-owned), or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, sexual in nature, or is otherwise objectionable, will disqualify the participant as determined in Tineco’s sole discretion.

All participants, as a condition of entry into Tineco Rewards, agree to release and forever discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Tineco and its Administrators, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of Tineco Rewards from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a post or otherwise participating in any aspect of Tineco Rewards, the receipt, ownership or use of the prize awarded, or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes.

All prizes ("Prizes") listed above are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Tineco except for the applicable manufacturer´s warranties and any rights you may have under local laws and regulations. No transfer or substitution of prize permitted. Tineco reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at the Tineco’s discretion.

4. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate prize winner may be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Tineco. 

5. By participating in Tineco Rewards, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Tineco. Tineco reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the post process or the operation of any site; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Posts generated by script or bot are not eligible.
