This machine does a great job - on level floor tile. Easy to use and clean. But- on grout not so much. The material on the roller is just too short to get into the ‘valley’ between tiles where the grout is located. There is an ‘easy’ work a round, a grout brush before using the S5. The dirty water from the scrubbing is picked up and you have a clean floor. One suggestion to Tineco - make the rollers with longer bristles.

Bought this thinking it would do an okay job. With 4 dogs, I am constantly trying to keep the floor clean. But vacuuming and then mopping is exhausting. This genuinely does a great job of accomplishing both at the same time without any chemicals. My disgusting floors were impressively clean with minimal effort. Very easy to push and maneuver. I’ve tried several versions of these machines (shark, bissell, etc,) and this one blows them out of the water. Easy to clean/maintain… seems like a woman might have actually tested it out before it went into production.
