I never received the package and customer service can’t resend it because USPS says it is delivered when isn’t

I have brought three Tineco because I love this product we have a large home, one for each level. I would suggest cleaning the canister in a clean toilet because the hair and other debris can overwhelm and stop up the kitchen sink. I created a fast and affective way to do this, however it's easier on the older models.

This machine does a great job - on level floor tile. Easy to use and clean. But- on grout not so much. The material on the roller is just too short to get into the ‘valley’ between tiles where the grout is located. There is an ‘easy’ work a round, a grout brush before using the S5. The dirty water from the scrubbing is picked up and you have a clean floor. One suggestion to Tineco - make the rollers with longer bristles.

I bought these replacement rollers so I can be sure to easily clean my floors for a long while to come.

This is by far one of the greatest gift I gave myself. It is easy to use and does a great job. I have absolutely no regrets. I have recommended it to several friends who have bought one and love it as well. It gets the job done as it should

Really love the stream function. Floors are immaculate.
