I recently received a Tineco as a gift and proactively ordered this replacement kit. Unfortunately, this replacement kit did not fit my machine upon attempting to change the first time. When I called customer service, I was told that nothing could be done because I had purchased the replacement kit more than 30 days ago. A replacement kit would not be needed in the first 30 days, and I truly believe that I was penalized for being proactive when products replacement kits are not clear enough. Disappointed in my first interactions with customer service.
This is by far one of the greatest gift I gave myself. It is easy to use and does a great job. I have absolutely no regrets. I have recommended it to several friends who have bought one and love it as well. It gets the job done as it should

Ordered with a new floor one s5 steam mop. It arrived intact and is the exact fit that will be needed at some point.
Bought this thinking it would do an okay job. With 4 dogs, I am constantly trying to keep the floor clean. But vacuuming and then mopping is exhausting. This genuinely does a great job of accomplishing both at the same time without any chemicals. My disgusting floors were impressively clean with minimal effort. Very easy to push and maneuver. I’ve tried several versions of these machines (shark, bissell, etc,) and this one blows them out of the water. Easy to clean/maintain… seems like a woman might have actually tested it out before it went into production.
The S5 Steam system is the best we have used as we have two 90 pound dogs. The roller works well mostly on smooth floors. Our wish list is a roller with stiffer bristles to work better on porcelain flooring that is not smooth as ours have slight ridges due to driftwood design.
