What is the suction power of the floor washer when sucking up water and debris?

Suction power for the floor washer ranges from 10 AW to 18AW (Air Watts) depending on how dirty the floor is.

How do you start self-cleaning mode?

To start the Steam's self-cleaning mode, please follow the following steps: Place the floor washer on the storage tray. Empty the Dirty Water Tank. The Clean Water Tank should be at least 40% full of water. Plug in the appliance and press self-cleaning button at the top of the handle to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The floor washer will automatically shut off once finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 100 seconds.

How noisy is the floor washer?

The floor washer produces up to 80dBA of sound.

What kind of floors it can be used on?

The Steam can be used on non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors.

What is the status of the red LED ring flashing?

A red flashing light is an error indicator that can be caused by a motor malfunction or overheating. 1.Make sure to turn off and unplug your devide. 2. Check that nothing is covering or blocking the air intake at the back of the dryer 3. Twist the air intake cover counter clockwise to remove the cover and make sure any debris or hair is cleared 4. Allow the dryer to cool down, plug it back in and restart the dryer 5. If the product is still not working, please contact Tineco support for further assistance

How Do I Connect to the App?

1.Download the Tineco APP 2.Connect the hair dryer to the power supply 3. Turn on the dryer 4. Press the ""Cool"" button and the ""Max / Auto""button at the same time. This machine does everything claimed with ease. Love it!

Love the system. Have arthritis pretty bad over entire body. Have an animal that is kept in the kitchen area only. I was really having a problem with my arms when I had to mop the kitchen floor. Arms sore for days. This machine has really cut down on my need to bear down on the mop to cut dirty spots.

Great product, just wish it fit under cabinets!

I use a Tineco mop regularly at work and I could not wait to get one for myself at home! I love this product and I love how it vacuums and mops at the same time. It does an excellent job of cleaning and sucking up all of the dirty water. My only complaint is that this particular model has the clean water tank on the vacuuming head instead of on the body, and it makes it too large to fit under cabinets and appliances in the kitchen so I have to go back and do those with a different mop or by hand. The one I use at work is not like this. That would be my only complaint as it is pretty inconvenient and wastes time. Otherwise, I love this mop!
