Tineco FLOOR ONE S3 Smart Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner

I used it monthly and kept it charged with no issues. Suddenly drops from 20% to 10% to 0% and won’t charge. Found a site that showed you had to take it off and on the charger multiple times to get it to 5% and then it’d start charging again. Note it was 90+ times and then it charged to normal. Go to use it again and it drops from 10-0% with no time to get it on the charger. I tried the above steps again and got it to 5% and still won’t charge on its own even though I spent hours and got it to 11% currently. I go and contact tineco and it’s 2 years to the day that I received the item 16th, but because it was paid for 2 days prior 14th it’s not covered under warranty and they want to charge me $106. Chat rep Ashley even misspoke and said they’d give me 10% depreciation on current machine then changed it to 10% off a new machine. Like really - stand - behind - your - product $300 of trash now. I have 2 Dyson’s and the battery life on them hasn’t been a problem and they’re older models.

I loved my first Tineco (S3 model)so much, I got another one for my daughter. Love how the vacuum works on this machine.
I have used a steamer for years, and it was hard to push and the vacuum was awful. The part I love is what I'd would describe as self propelled. I also love how easy it is to just grab n go for a quick cleanup on my hard to keep clean dark wood floor. Love the self cleaning feature also a plus were the spare parts included. I have had for 6 months, so far so good.

I think this product does exactly what it’s supposed to. It helps in maintaining my house looking clean. Floors still need a good cleaning with lots of water. This maintains house perfectly clean without having to work hard. I have two Golden Retrievers and we know how much hair is all over. Definitely a must buy

I got this for my son in Florida that has two Standard Poodles & lives alone.
He has a mop with a bucket of water right beside his back door always at the ready.

I got one of these for myself first and absolutely loved it!! It’s so easy & dose and Awesome Job.

So for my son’s birthday I hit it out of the ballpark with the Right Gift …
He called me a couple days later saying how much easer this made his life!
At 55 there’s not much I can surprise him with!

I bought my first unit of this 2 years ago and loved it - it worked really well on our extensive hardwood floors and bathroom tile floor. Highly recommend. But I stored this in our garage in NC where the temps were well over the max. recommended in the manual (my fault) so after 2 years the battery just died. I was disappointed that Tineco could not sell me a replacement battery or recommend someone to send it to for this replacement and I was suspicious of the batteries offered on Amazon. Tineco said our unit was out of date and of course it was my fault. However, they gave us a discount on buying a replacement and now I know how to care for it better. We have a 2300 sq foot home with about half hardwood or tile floors and I can do it all in about 20 minutes.
