Good after I figured it out

I made an error setting my machine up. The tanks were not labeled clean or dirty and I made the wrong assumption about which was which.
I read the manual first but I didn’t recall any description of either. So I filled the DWT with clean water to the max line and kept the CWT empty. I kept getting messages from the machine about DWT full and CWT empty but I thought I had done it right and the machine was malfunctioning. So I called Customer Support in great frustration. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before I was dropped. I tried the CHAT option and that was faster but the agent didn’t ask about the tanks either even given the error messages. After a bit, it occurred to me that I might have them mixed up. I questioned the agent about what each looked like. After several attempts, he was able to confirm my suspicions. So I changed the water situation in the tanks and the machine worked very well. Sometimes when I read instructions, I wonder why certain things are mentioned since they seem so obvious. This is one that I wish had had more labels or pictures. So far I’m happy with the purchase. Battery lasted through my first floor cleaning of hard wood floors and tile.

I was pleasantly surprised, it does clean very well. My only wish is that the battery life was a little bit longer. Other than that I love my new helper.
