Use our tineco lots with 3 kids and 3 dogs and the brush was really flat and just not cleaning the same despite rinsing and cleaning the brush itself. Ordered replacements and its cleaning like it's brand new.
I love this vacuum/mop so much! We live in the country and have 7 big dogs with a doggie door. They are constantly in and out of the pond even when it’s cold outside. They track in so much sand. I can walk barefooted with this vacuum/mop. It was a brilliant idea.
It’s really light weight also. I struggled with getting it corded because I didn’t know how long the battery last. I got the one without a cord and it does the whole house, so I’m glad I didn’t get the corded one. The only time it didn’t was when I first opened it, but it did not have a full charge.
I love it so much that I am telling all my friends about it. One of them bought one already. Here is a screenshot of her reaction. She also lives in the country with kids and animals tracking things in. You can’t go barefooted with country living… until now!
Great job, Tineco!!! Now, if you can just something similar to clean the baseboards, blinds, and ceiling fan. 😉
This is the second tineco floor cleaner I have purchased. I use one at our cabin, which has all hard floors and the other I use at home. Both work great and clean really well. My floors are cleaner than using any type of mop I have ever used before and save me so much time and backache!!
I had an issue with Tineco one S5, water was leaking when cleaning my floors. Costumer service was able to help figure out what was wrong, my Dirty Water Tank had a broken piece. I order through their special link a new DWT and the issue was solved immediately. I love my Tineco.
