Recently delivered my TINECO FLOOR ONE S7 PRO Smart Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner. So far used it twice and very impressed. I was a little afraid that its maybe a lot to learn but not at all. I like the fact that the voice prompt informs you when the clean water tank needs refilling and the dirty water tank needs to be cleaned. Unlike another unit I own the Bissel Hydrosteam Crosswave Hard Floor Cleaner that you have to keep on checking yourself which can be annoying. Treat yourself to this TINECO. Yes it is expensive but worth it. It sure beats the old method of vacuuming your floor first then mop and wait for it to dry which can take a long while. Not with the Tineco. Oh yes...not to mention the self cleaning feature which allows you to choose 2 minute self cleaning and a longer self cleaning option that not only cleans the brush roller but also the tube ! The ultra mode is also nice where you only need water and no cleaning formula required...which saves $...So far a home run!

When I first looked into getting a Tineco Floor One I was very skeptical it would perform as stated. I have now been using it for a couple of weeks and feel very confident to say yes, it absolutely does perform as stated! It is worth every penny!

The new soft brush picks up cat hair and litter on the first pass on my hardwood floors rather than scattering it. Very happy with this product.

The S12 is a great addition to our heavy duty corded Shark which we use for general cleaning but for quick daily vacuuming the Tineco S12 does the job perfectly.
Its powerful, the battery easily last to clean the whole 2500sq ft house and recharge quickly. Tineco made very good quality products and sells them for half price of anything comparable. 2 years warranty as standard is also great. There a lots of very useful accessories available for the vacuums in online store. The only downturn is that some of the accessories are out of stock for long time. It actually surprise because it should be great income source for the company.
I was actually forced to find some accessories on Amazon or EBay because couldn’t get them from the factory store. The customer service is very helpful and quickly solve any issues, great communication with follow up that is really appreciated and feels like actually someone cares about customers.

We have long plank driftwood color porcelain tiles that show dirt. We have 2 large dogs that track slobber and water and dirt from paws. We have tried multiple other brand manual steamers and they either did not work or failed within months of use. We found this S5 Steam cleaner during online search and decided to give it a try even though it was 3-4 times the price of the others. The S5 is excellent at what it was marketed as. It cleans the floors completely and sanitizes. We know this as per other reviews, it leaves a 3/4 inch or so edge not cleaned and the difference was clear. The edge clean on this corded S5 would be the only negative, but we can live with that since the entire floor otherwise is cleaned beyond our expectations. Yes, it is required to run the self clean often and you have to take time and effort to wipe out the parts, but it is a simple effort to make. We have used it 4 times already for an entire house 1,800 sq ft and so far so good on quality. We would recommend this particular S5 product to anyone with similar needs. A terrific product.
