Faulty brush head for A11 (PET) series stick vacuum

I received a stick vacuum as a present. I did not use it for several months. During the first use the plastic broke into pieces . It appears to be a very bad design and the plastic is very brittle. There are a number of complaints online concerning the brush head breaking during the first use.
The stick vacuum was a present from my mother and she has since passed away. I do not have any paperwork for the warranty.
I contact Tineco customer service and they said it was out of warranty and I should purchase another brush head despite it being a known defective product. Its very apparent the brush roller was never used.
I feel that Tineco should replace the brush roller since it is known to be defective. I'm not going to invest more money into a defective brush roller.
I will never purchase another Tineco product.

Faulty Clean water tank on my Floor one S3 Vacume & Washer

The valve on the bottom of the clean water tank for my S3 Vacum & Washer came loose, so I ordered a new one. The order was placed on 15 Jan 2025 and arrived about a week later. On 11 April the replacement clean water tank did exactly the same ploblem as the first one. When I contacted Customer Service they told me
"We’d like to inform you that, as per our policy, we do not provide warranty service for non-electric parts such as the clean water tank. Therefore, we are unable to replace it." They also said "We recommend that you purchase a new clean water tank." With both Clean water tanks failing in exactly the way and the new one I purchased lasting only 3 months I am not at all confident that buying another one would last. This kind of service is not what I expect from a reputable company!

When the button on the wand of my Tineco Stick vacuum cleaner broke, I called customer support at Tineco. The call was promptly answered (by a human) and the representative identified the issue and sent me a link for a replacement part.

After receiving the part, I asked for help with its installation and the agent sent a helpful installation video. I then was able to install the button in seconds.

I am an impressed with the helpful information, prompt replies, and friendliness of everyone at Tineco with whom I communicated.

In short, I would purchase Tineco products again and I highly recommend Tineco to others.

Tineco for life!

I love my Tineco’s! I have purchased several (even for friends). I am however frustrated that you make a product but you cannot purchase the necessary filters and rollers without going through a big hassle. If you make a product you should have these readily available for purchase. However I think everyone should have a Tineco! Excellent customer service! I will be a customer for life!!!

Dust Bin Replacement

After receiving a replacement for the dust bin on my Pure ONE S11 from another company and finding that it was the wrong part, I contacted Tineco Parts and explained to them what I needed. Within a week I received the correct part and my vacuum works like new again.
