How do I charge my battery?

How do I store my vacuum?

We advise to store the vacuum on the wall-mounted dock for charging and storage. It can charge two batteries and also store 3 extra tools. In order to preserve the bristles on some of the tools, store the bristled tools on the wall-mounted dock and the other tools in the provided tools bag.

What's the function of each accessory that comes with the PURE ONE S11?

1. Direct-drive LED Multi-tasker Power Brush: A single brush for both carpet and hard floor cleaning. 2. Mini power brush: A brush for vacuuming upholstered furniture, mattresses and etc. 3. Crevice tool: A tool that allows cleaning for corners, niches and other hard to reach places. 4. 2-in-1 Dusting brush: Dual function brush that allows you to vacuum hard surface furniture with bristles or remove the bristles to vacuuming upholstered furniture, curtains, and etc. 5. Hair cleaning tool: A tool with a small blade to remove the hair and debris wrapped around the roller. Use the end with the little brush to clean the brush holder or the dustbin. 6. How do I empty the dustbin?

Press the release button on the side of the dustbin to empty its contents. Push the bottom of the dustbin back into place after emptying.

How do I remove and clean the soft roller?

Please follow the following steps to remove and clean the soft roller: Turn the brush roller upside down. Use a coin or other tool to unlock the brush roller lock by turning the lock counterclockwise. Remove the lock plate from the brush roller. Remove the brush from the brush holder. Remove the hair and debris wrapped around the roller with Tineco Hair Cleaning Tool. After cleaning, place the brush back into the roller. Place the lock plate back onto the brush roller and relock by turning the lock clockwise Please do not rinse the power brush with water.

How often does the dustbin need to be emptied?

Generally, we advise to empty the the dustbin before it reaches the "MAX" line.

Does the PURE ONE S11 come with a continuous cleaning switch so I don’t have to hold the power button down while cleaning?

Is this vacuum cleaner easy to assemble? Do I need a screw driver to assemble it?

There are no tools necessary to assemble the vacuum. All you need to do is push and click the pieces together. For example, take out the vacuum and attach the tube and brush roller together until you hear them click. Once all three pieces are attached, you can begin cleaning.

How long should I charge the battery?

Before your first use, please charge the appliance for 3-4 hours. The PURE ONE S11 has the battery protection function which allows it to stop charging once it reaches full capacity. If you do not use your vacuum for long periods of time, we recommend keeping the battery charged to at least 50% once every 3 months.

Overall it’s an effective vacuum

It does a good job and is better than other cheaper options. However, it has already started to clog because the long tube is very narrow, that’s not a good sign for longevity as we have two dogs. Additionally, the charger is a bit lackluster. Unlike other options the charging station doesn’t tilt to accommodate taking the vacuum on or off the port, you do have to plug the vacuum in manually rather then other option that charge as soon as they are docked. All that said, it is an okay vacuum that will get the job done.

Great Dirt Detection and Suction, Light Weight

I bought this to replace a previous model whose fixed battery was dying after 3 years of almost daily use, with a full recharge after every use. This S11 has a removable battery that can be replaced. It also has a display with more features than my previous model. I like the battery level indicator and the dirt detection is a ring that changes from red to blue as less dirt is detected. When dirt is detected, the S11 does a great job of quickly increasing power until no more dirt is detected. It also has a good selection of attachements, the multi tasker roller with LED lights for floors, which works great on carpets and rugs, a mini power roller for furniture, a 2 in 1 dusting brush, crevice tool and pre-filter cleaning tool. It also has a dock that is meant to be wall mounted, but we don't mount it, just set it on a small low table to hold the vacuum and accessories. The previous model also had a smooth floor brush that works well at picking up larger debris from smooth surfaces. That brush works with the S11 as well. I like the S11 quite a bit. The removable, replaceable battery is a big plus, and the display and quick power boost are also great features. I recommend this model highly.

Too powerful for floor rugs

This vacuum is great on hard floors but it is too powerful for floor rugs. We had the previous version of this vacuum that also came w a smooth felt floor brush attachment that worked well on floor rugs, but unfortunately this version does not come w a similar attachment and the old floor brush does not fit on the new vacuum.

Tineco number 4

This is like my fourth purchase of this awesome tool. This version is a little different because of the integrated outlet plug on the battery. I kind of prefer the two battery version you had years ago. While one battery is charging, I can use the second battery for cleaning. Other than that the vacuum works great.
