Good product, poor design

I give this a four because it is a very good product, but there is not enough room to get the cord that plugs into the base to charge the product pushed in securely enough to charge the product.

Very light weight

It’s been almost 3weeks of using it. It is definitely light weight and the suction of it is moderate. I just don’t like how the roller makes a lot of noise on floor. I hate the brush roller as lot of hair gets tangles in it. I wish there could be a modified roller with it like a foam one that just sucks the hair without getting it stuck in the bristles. The cool feature of it is the charging dock station which saves your walls with drilling.
