What is the difference between Floor One Steam and other floor wash cleaners?
Tineco Floor One Steam is the smart floor washer which automatically detects how dirty the floor is and applies the appropriate amount, steam, water, roller pressure and suction power to ensure the perfect hard floor clean every time.
Do you have to vacuum an area first before using the Floor One Steam?
There is no need to vacuum an area first because the Floor One can vacuum and wash the floor simultaneously.
What kind of floors it can be used on?
The Steam can be used on non-carpeted floor such as vinyl, tile, and sealed wood floors.
How noisy is the floor washer?
The floor washer produces up to 80dBA of sound.
How do you start self-cleaning mode?
To start the Steam's self-cleaning mode, please follow the following steps: Place the floor washer on the storage tray. Empty the Dirty Water Tank. The Clean Water Tank should be at least 40% full of water. Plug in the appliance and press self-cleaning button at the top of the handle to start the brush roll self-cleaning mode. The floor washer will automatically shut off once finished. The entire self-cleaning process takes about 100 seconds.
How often I need to clean the brush roll?
We advise to clean the brush roll after each use.
What is the suction power of the floor washer when sucking up water and debris?
Suction power for the floor washer ranges from 10 AW to 18AW (Air Watts) depending on how dirty the floor is.

The Clean Water Tank capacity is 0.75L. The Dirty Water Tank capacity is 0.75L.
Does the water have to be at a specific temperature for cleaning?
The temperature can be between 41°F ~ 140°F （5°C ~ 60°C). Typically normal tap water is fine to use for cleaning. Please do not use hot water as this can cause internal damage to the pipes in the steam.
Where should you store the Floor One Steam?
We recommend storing the Steam on the storage tray that is provided with the appliance. The storage tray allows the self-cleaning function to work more easily as the tray was designed to fit the head of the Steam.
Can you adjust the flow of water coming out?
The Steam will automatically adjust the solution and clean water flow to make sure you have the ideal cleaning experience.
What is the water flow rate and steam flow rate?
WFR ranges from 25 to 55ml/min, SFR ranges from 25 to 35 g/min, in relation to how dirty the environment is.
Does this unit suck up animal hair?
The unique brush roll can help to remove animal hair and suck it into the Dirty Water Tank.
Does animal hair get wrapped around roller?
Normally this does not happen because the brush roller diameter size is big enough so it can avoid getting tangled. If there is a tangle, just remove the brush roller from its holder and use the cleaning tool to remove the hair tangle from the brush roller.
Do you have to use distilled water?
There is no need to use distilled water. Tap water is perfectly fine to use in the Steam. Please do not use hot water as this can cause internal damage to the pipes in the Steam.
Can you use bleach in the machine to clean floors?
We would not recommend using bleach in this machine as it could damage the machine.
