Tineco IFLOOR 3 Dirt Water Tank (DWT)

I am always impressed with Tineco’s customer service. They do anything to help you. Whenever I order something, it comes really quickly. The quality of their products is excellent.

I canceled the one I ordered from Amazon, it was going to take a month to get delivered. It was coming from China. I ordered it directly from tineco and got it for less and within two weeks. So glad I did.

My dog at the top part of the water tank that holds the filter and the machine was unusable. I found the replacement tank that included the filter and its holder for under $25, which was amazing since I was expecting a massive markup. It was shipped immediately and I received it a few days later. I am very impressed with Tineco.

Received the iFloor 3 Dirty Water Tank (DWT) in a timely manner as requested. The tank fitted properly with all the necessary parts.

My favorite thing about Tineco Floor 3: no cords! I like that it sweeps and mops at the same time. The dirt water tank sifts out some larger bits of debris making it ok to empty just the dirty water.
