Tineco Out of Warranty Service

I thought I'd bought my Tineco at a registered dealership almost 2 years ago, which l found l didn't, so my product wasn't covered. Customer service sold me this warranty for $105.00, which covered parts/labor and to and from shipping. I sent it off on a Saturday and received it back completely fixed by the following Monday. IT WAS THAT QUICK! Thanks Tineco for awesome customer service. I love my machines (2 of them) and have recommended them to 6 family and friends who have purchased, also. I highly recommend this service, if you don't have a warranty...it was worth it.

My machine was 1 month out of warranty but i was able to buy this warranty to cover it.

I was glad this was an option to get my mop fixed. I paid the $99 and was sent a shipping label for UPS. You do have to package it up yourself or pay to have UPS do it. I received my machine back less than 2 weeks.

I needed the battery fixed on my Tineco that I bought secondhand and was so happy to see this was an option. I only paid this fee and they sent a shipping label and everything! Whole exchange of sending it and receiving it back repaired took about a week! The customer service was very helpful!

We love our floor cleaner! It is quick, lightweight, and makes cleaning sort of fun! When my cleaner stopped working I realized my warranty had just run out and I called and they advised I was able to fix my out of warranty cleaner for only $99 which included shipping. They sent a detailed email with instructions and photo on how to and the process. I received it back within 5 days! They even followed up to make sure I received it. Works as good as new!
