Can I use the appliance to vacuum relatively large debris such as cornflakes and pet food?

The carpet cleaner is designed to remove water-soluble stains, not debris.

Can I use the appliance to clean my floor?

It can only be used to clean carpets, not the floor or other hard surfaces. Otherwise, it may scratch your floor.

It's corded.

What are the capacities of the Clean Water Tank and the Dirty Water Tank?

The Clean Water Tank has a capacity of 2 liters, and the Dirty Water Tank 1.7 liters.

How much cleaning solution do I need for cleaning?

Unscrew the cap of the cleaning solution bottle, add two caps of cleaning solution to the Clean Water Tank, and then add clean water to the max line of the Clean Water Tank.

Is there any specific requirement for water temperature?

The water temperature should be between 41°F to 140°F (5°C to 60°C), and regular tap water should do just fine. Do not use hot water to avoid damaging the internal pipes of the cleaner.

Can I adjust the water spray level?

Carpet One (Pro) has two water spray levels: Low and Max. Water output is controlled manually: Press the button on the handle to release water, and let go to stop.

Can I use the appliance to clean pet hair?

The Brush Roller is so ingeniously designed that it can vacuum pet hair into the Dirty Water Tank.

Can pet hair get jammed in the Brush Roller?

Rarely. The Brush Roller is large enough to avoid getting jammed with pet hair. If the Brush Roller does get jammed, simply take it out from the holder and remove the hair with the cleaning tool to solve the problem.

Do I need to use distilled water?

Distilled water is not needed.

How often should I wash or replace the Brush Roller?

It is recommended to clean the Brush Roller after each use, and replace it every six to eight months depending on how often you use it.

Can I use another brand's solution?

No. Doing so may cause damage to the appliance.

How long does it take for a cleaned carpet to dry?

What is the difference between the iCarpet and Carpet One (Pro) display?

Carpet One also shows (in color) the Water Spray Level. Carpet One Pro uses animation to show (in color) its status and operating instructions.

This machine is a beast

I am thoroughly impressed with this product. It is intuitive to use, easy to clean and does a great job cleaning carpets, rugs and upholsteries. It's quiet, light weight worth every penny.

Wonderfully built cleaner that dries fast w/ minimal downsides

We love the cleaner and it does an amazing job at the worst part, drying your carpets. With a few extra passes in dry mode while cleaning & afterward, our carpets were mostly bone dry within an hour. (tough spots took longer but got more water to start)

Only two complaints we have are:

1) Not having a place for the accessories. We weren't expecting a stand or anything elaborate, but even just a quality bag we could hang on the back would be a huge upgrade. As of now we're left with hoses and ends just laying around or in a grocery bag that gets holes in it and looks not great.

2) The clean and dirty tanks seem to be out matched. After about 20 uses, we've never had a single time where we didn't need to empty the dirty bin prior to the clean being refilled... which would be fine, if the clean ever had even 1/4 the water left. As it is, you have to empty the bin and either estimate solution for a refill or make just bounce back and forth constantly since neither hold a lot. It's minor, but definitely takes away from the experience by adding irritation.

It does the job

Nice machine I don't think it cleans quit as well as my Bissell pro and the drying feature is useless unless you want to spend an extra hour just drying the carpet. the tank is very small and has to be refilled constantly with that being said I still really like the machine cause it does the job and it's way easier to dump/refill thr tank and clean the tank/machine itself and it's a nice looking machine :)
