How do I empty the dustbin?

Press the release button on the side of the dustbin to empty its contents. Push the bottom of the dustbin back into place after emptying.

How do I remove and clean the soft roller?

Please follow the following steps to remove and clean the soft roller: Turn the brush roller upside down. Use a coin or other tool to unlock the brush roller lock by turning the lock counterclockwise. Remove the lock plate from the brush roller. Remove the brush from the brush holder. Remove the hair and debris wrapped around the roller with Tineco Hair Cleaning Tool. After cleaning, place the brush back into the roller. Place the lock plate back onto the brush roller and relock by turning the lock clockwise Please do not rinse the power brush with water.

How often does the dustbin need to be emptied?

Generally, we advise to empty the the dustbin before it reaches the "MAX" line.

Is this vacuum cleaner easy to assemble? Do I need a screw driver to assemble it?

There are no tools necessary to assemble the vacuum. All you need to do is push and click the pieces together. For example, take out the vacuum and attach the tube and brush roller together until you hear them click. Once all three pieces are attached, you can begin cleaning.

How long should I charge the battery?

Before your first use, please charge the appliance for 3-4 hours. The PURE ONE S11 has the battery protection function which allows it to stop charging once it reaches full capacity. If you do not use your vacuum for long periods of time, we recommend keeping the battery charged to at least 50% once every 3 months.

Mostly A Nice Update

We replaced our 4 year old Tineco stick vacuum with this model. It is noticeably quieter and more powerful. The color display is a nice touch. Our only complaint is the charger. The old model had a wall dock with the charger built it. All I had to do was insert the vacuum. Now, I have to insert the vacuum into the dock, find the charging cable, and manual insert the charging cable into the battery itself. It is VERY annoying.

Great Vacuum - Battery Needs Improvement

I have this an older version of the One S11 Vacuum and love it! I ordered this newer version along with an extra battery, and the battery is not the same as the older version. The electrical cord plugs directly into the battery itself - meaning that with two batteries, I must now use two outlets. Also, the new version battery does not last as long. I am disappointed they changed it.

A great machine and very durable!

First Time Tineco buyer

I had never heard of this brand before until reading reviews of various stick cordless vacuum. What influenced my decision to buy it was the discount that was being offered online.
It is a very quiet vacuum compared to others I have owned. The two drawbacks are the length of the stick (it could be a foot longer) and the small dust bin. It does a good job picking up the fur from my three cats. Although I've only had it a couple of weeks, I am overall satisfied at this point.

Highly mobile

This battery powered vacuum is light and easy to use anywhere and it is good to see the cord is gone. It will not match a high quality corded vacuum, but it comes close enough.
