Misleading. Bad customer service. Lied to me.

I was encouraged to use a discount code to buy some extra cleaner and parts for my new machine - however I received the wrong parts, but I didn’t realize it until many months later. The package arrived but I didn’t need the products because my machine came with everything i needed, so I put the package away, until I needed it.

When I finally opened the package I was shocked at the products inside. I called customer service and they said it didn’t matter that they mislead me with the product descriptions, but they’d email me a form to fill out and help me replace my products.

The email never came.

Fabulous customer service!

I purchased a kit that included a filter, cleaning solution and a brush roller - unfortunately I clicked the wrong model number. When I called to explain the rep was so gracious and told me to keep the incorrect brush roller and that they would send me a new one for free. Imagine my surprise when I opened my box yesterday and there were TWO brush rollers!
