Quick response

Tineco responded quickly when I accidently threw away the filters in my vacuum cleaner. I love this lightweight vacuum and I couldn’t use it without the filters. When I had questions they responded quickly and I was able to replace the filters. Now my vacuum works perfectly. Thank you, Tineco!

Excellent Customer Service and High Quality Replacement Parts

I needed a filter and filter holder for my Tineco vac. The correct parts were easy to find and order on the Tineco US web page. Unfortunately, only the filter holder arrived via USPS. I contacted Customer Service and was assisted by Roy, who investigated and ensured that the filter was sent out also. The vac works better than ever (perhaps the old parts had become worn and loosened over time) so maybe it's a good thing I lost the originals! Excellent, responsive, patient customer service and high quality replacement parts mean I will continue to do business with Tineco.
