Great Vacuum but...

Everything runs great but dropped a star because the pet brush was useless and didn't pick up my dogs hair. Hopefully they can provide a variety of brush attachments in the future.

This is not what I ordered!

I ordered the wet dry vac system.

Just ok, not worth the price

Fine for light everyday cleaning, but just ok for deep cleaning. The power was not as strong as I’d like… having 2 cats and a baby. It leave fit at corners, so I have to use the additional tools and go around to each spot.

Pros: Very Powerful-picks up small and large items, light weight, easy setup, effective self cleaning, attachments; nice stand, 2 year warranty. attractive
Cons: Batteries are built-in so wonder what happens when they loose power over time; Wraps some long hair (not all) so not completely furfree (but better than others); Taller vacumn which does not bother me but may others

Still don't have one.

Weird that I have been trading emails back and forth with support about the fact that we haven't received the item we ordered. Over 14 days- no item. So, while customer support is ok- it took them 2.5 weeks to finally admit my item was not going to be delivered. Still have not received a confirmation of my new item being shipped with a tracking number. I really wish support was more proactive in handling this situation, instead of the "let's wait and see if it actually ever gets delivered, or maybe he will get sick of contacting us and just give up" approach.

Loved it, until the unit kept dying

I love all the features on this vacuum! As a pet owner who vacuums every single day, the self-emptying feature is so amazing. I love the attachments and the ease of use overall. Unfortunately, though, the battery life on my unit has been abysmal. It stays charged for a long time, but when it does get to 0%, the unit no longer charges. I've contacted support about this issue multiple times, and I've gone through three vacuum units that have all had the same problem within two months of use.

I'm extra careful to avoid water while vacuuming, I have the unit plugged into a surge protector to save it from power outage surges, keep it stored away from pets and others who may bump it, and I empty and clean the dock often so that it doesn't get gunky or dusty inside. I wish there was a replaceable battery because at the moment, support tells me there's nothing to do but throw away the entire vacuum unit and send me a new one.
