Tineco Bundle FLOOR ONE S9 Artist Steam+Tineco Pure ONE Station 5 Pro

At the time of writing this review, I still do not have the products I paid for(almost 3 weeks). Therefore, I cannot comment on the quality or performance of the vacuums because I have not even had the opportunity to use them.

I placed my order, realized the shipping address was incorrect, and contacted Tineco almost immediately to have it corrected. Despite this, your customer service failed to help me. I was repeatedly told to contact UPS and FedEx myself, but both UPS and FedEx clearly told me that only the shipper (Tineco) had the authority to change the delivery address.

Your customer service then instructed me to refuse the delivery because they claimed I would be contacted before delivery and would need to sign for the package. That was completely false. No signature was required, nobody contacted me, and the package was simply left outside the old address without my knowledge.

Because of your incorrect instructions and poor handling of this situation, I had to spend days trying to locate my package and even contact the owners of my previous address, which is five hours away from where I currently live. This has been extremely stressful and frustrating for an order worth over $1,000.

What makes this even more disappointing is that your customer service still seems confused about what happened. Different representatives have given me different explanations, and I have had to explain the entire situation over and over again.

I also find it unbelievable that Tineco is asking me to review these products before I have even received them.

The products may be excellent—I honestly don’t know because I still don’t have them. This 1-star review is entirely based on my experience with Tineco’s customer service, which has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
