Tineco A11 Series Replacement Battery-21.6 Volt 2500mAh Space Blue

I did not receive the battery. Apparently it was delivered to my summer address. I made repeated attempts to correct the shipping address on the Tineco website without success. The worst experience I have had in all my years of making purchases on the Internet.

My Tineco PER HERO 11 series isnt working …again. I hav had this only 8 months & hav spent many hours online or chatting with Tineco. I ordered the blue battery but it wasnt the correct one, I’m still waiting for correct replacement to see if this vacuum will actually work. This is simply way too much time spent for a simple task - vacuuming. If it still doesnt work Im sending it back to Tineco, it is garbage.
All filters are clean, it is charged properly, no obstructions.

1) you sent the wrong battery A11-06. I need a A11-07
2) I could not a way to return the wrong battery (A11-06) for the
battery (A11-07) that will work with my charger

I have been very happy with the life of these batteries for my older two A11 Series vacuum(s) one upstairs one down. The last time I ordered was in 2021 so they certainly have had a long life for as much as I use each one. They were still working but I noticed some slowing down so I now have replacements when they decide to give out.

I did need to call customer service to figure out problems with batteries and floor vacuum. The person I talked to was very helpful finding the problem with turn out to be filters needed cleaning. Machine and batteries work great now.
